The jewels were never found, and the body of McCinsey was never found.
Joe McGray (Wrestling Superstar Hulk Hogan Muppets From Space, Mr. Nanny, Suburban Commando), a former secret agent now retired, falls into a situation of saving an old turtle from some aggressive young kids.
The turtle has strange markings on his back, which seem to be a map.
Joe takes pictures of the shell and decides to go home, except his jeep explodes.
